Data processing agreement

This agreement supplements the terms of use. It applies to the data of forwarders' customers (senders and recipients) that TCH-S SARL processes on their behalf in KoraKargo.
Roles
The forwarder decides which data it records about its customers and how it is used: it is the controller. TCH-S SARL processes this data on its behalf, solely to provide KoraKargo: it is the processor.
Instructions
TCH-S SARL only processes this data to register and track parcels, notify customers, manage declared payments and secure the service, according to the forwarder's settings. It never uses it for its own purposes, does not sell it and does not use it for advertising.
Confidentiality
TCH-S SARL staff who may access the data are bound by confidentiality. Support is provided read-only, for a limited time, with a reason recorded in the forwarder's log.
Security
TCH-S SARL implements the measures described in the privacy policy: encrypted connection, strict separation between forwarders, encrypted passwords, two-factor authentication, private storage of photos and proofs, a log of sensitive actions and encrypted backups.
Providers
The forwarder authorises TCH-S SARL to use the technical providers listed in the privacy policy (hosting, backups, sending emails and WhatsApp messages). TCH-S SARL informs it before any change of these providers.
Data subjects' rights
KoraKargo lets the forwarder copy and erase a customer's data from the customer file. TCH-S SARL helps it answer requests sent directly to TCH-S SARL and forwards them without delay.
Security incident
In the event of a data breach affecting its customers, TCH-S SARL informs the forwarder as soon as possible, where feasible within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, with the information needed to deal with it.
End of contract
At the end of the contract, the forwarder can export its data. It is then deleted within 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies; backups expire within 30 days at most.
