Team member (owner, manager, agent, viewer)

Sign in, open “Preferences”, then “My account” and “Delete my account”. Enter your password and confirm.

Your name, email, password and two-factor authentication are erased immediately, and you lose access to all your companies. If you are a company's only owner, appoint another owner first.

Customer of a forwarder

Ask your forwarder: from your record, they can download a copy of your data and erase it. You can also write to contact@tch-solution.com with your phone number and the forwarder's name.

What is erased, what is kept

Erased: name, phones, emails, address details, notes, and your address in the history of sent messages.

Kept without your identity: parcels, their steps and payments, which the forwarder needs for its accounts and legal obligations.

Timeframes

Erasure is immediate in the application. Backups expire no later than 12 months afterwards. A written request is answered within one month.
